So, what happens during an injury assessment?

Step 1: The Assessment (aka detective mode)
I don’t just guess. I figure out what’s actually going on — is it a muscle, a tendon, a joint, or just your body throwing a tantrum? I’ll look at how you move, test what’s strong, what’s slacking, and find the real reason behind the pain.

Step 2: The Treatment (hands-on TLC)
Once I know what’s up, I’ll get to work calming things down. That might be massage, joint mobilisations, or other techniques to loosen you up and get you feeling more like yourself again.

Step 3: The Rehab (your comeback plan)
Here’s where I rebuild you. I’ll give you tailored exercises that actually fix the problem long-term — not a cookie-cutter sheet off Google. The goal? Get you back to training, lifting, running, or just living life without the constant “ouch.”

Bottom line: I don’t just treat the pain. I find the cause, calm it down, and then give you the tools to make sure it doesn’t gatecrash your life again.
